Alright fellas I did a light leg day on thurs, HIIT cardio on friday, back and low intensity cardio on saturday, and HIIT cardio on sunday. I dont remember my numbers for those workouts but yesterday was chest and bis so I will post that up.
Incline db press: 50x15, 70x15, 100x14, 100x12, 95x10, 90x10
Flat smith press: 225x12, 225x10, 205x12, 205x10 Incline db fly: 55x15, 55x12, 50x15 Alternating db curls: 60x12, 55x12, 55x10, 55x8 Close grip EZ bar curls: 110x12, 110x12, 90x15, 90x12
Felt real good about the session. My calories are down around 3100 daily. My macro ranges are app. 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20% fat. I am already noticing more vascularity and my scale weight is down 2lbs since last week. I am sipping on aminos through out the day at work and my meal frequency is every 2.5 hours pretty religiously. I can tell that fat comes off my mid-section first and the last place it comes off of is legs and glutes. my goal is to have very defined legs for this show! I will update more often so make sure to check in and I really do appreciate everyone's support.
damn bro awesome session, incline db presses are awesome! pics are looking great man, really nice balanced physique u got there. obviously back is a strong suit, but ur arms and shoulders are looking good too and ur midsection is great, nice and tight. just work on those legs bro, they look good, but could do with some more size

Alright guys I have a couple of sessions to post up for you! The diet is going very good and I am already down 4 lbs in a week and a half and I am noticeably leaner through my midsection.
Legs
Squat: 135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 365x6, 365x5, 335x7 Stiff leg deads: 275x9, 275x8, 275x8 Leg press: 16 platesx12, 16 platesx12, 16 platesx12, 16 platesx10 Calf raise on smith: 225x20x5
Felt pretty good about both sessions. Not a whole lot of energy on leg day but a decent workout none-the less. I felt pretty good about back day today as well. I have light legs tomorrow!
