solid chest session buddy, there are some really heavy weights and a nice pb also :xyxthumbs:, as for your pics, you look very good bro, huge arms,shoulders and a nice V-taper, and your chest is not really a "weak" point, is just a lil behind compared with delts arms & back, but don't worry for that ... with time and patience you'll improve it :2:

11-13% wow. I actually thought you were much lower than that from your ab definition. I hope to get some pics up some time soon. With football we tend to always focus on strength on speed, it would be great to have you and other knowledgeable users point out my weaknesses so I know what to focus in on. I would love to do a show after I get done with football and have time to train up for it.

Sorry for the slacking on here fellas. This last weekend was crazy busy! I have a leg day and a back and tri day to post.

Heavy legs

Squats: 135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 365x5, 385x3, 385x3, 315x7
Plate loaded ham curl kneeling: 50x15, 75x10, 75x10, 75x10 (One legged)
Front squat: 225x10, 245x7, 245x7, 225x8
Calf raise standing: stack x 20 x 5

Felt real good about this session. I'm pretty sure those were some pb's for me on squats but I cant remember exactly. I surely never got that many going that low.

Back and tri

Pull up: bwx15, bwx15, bwx12, bwx12, bwx12
Bent over row: 275x10, 315x8, 315x8, 315x7
Lat pull down: 225x12, 240x10, 240x10
One arm db rows: 115x12, 115x12, 120x10
Close grip bench: 225x10, 225x8, 225x7, 205x10
Dips: bwx15x5

This session went well for me too. I have kept the epidrol at 30mg a day. So far I am up 8lbs and it has been 3 weeks. I am keeping this cycle short so I will start my PCT soon. I am excited to see this lethargy go away!

Had a real solid chest and bi session yesterday. I felt a great pump and the weight is just overall easier to move.

Bench press: 135x10, 225x10, 255x9, 275x6 (PB), 275x4, 255x5
Inlcine db press: 100x12, 100x10, 95x10, 90x10, 90x10
Hammer strength press: 4 platesx12, 4 platesx10, 4 platesx10
Barbell curl: 125x10, 135x8, 135x7, 135x8
Hammer curl: 70x10, 65x12, 65x10, 60x12, 45x15

Again, I think it was a real solid session for me. If I would have had a spot I would have gone for a one rep max on bench but I didnt have a partner with me so maybe next time fellas! I'm real anxious to get that 315 up for reps!

Yesterday was a heavy leg day! My strength in squats has increased a ton and it seems to still be going up!

Squats: 135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 365x6, 385x4, 365x5, 335x7
Stiff leg deads: 315x7, 315x7, 315x6, 275x8
Leg press: 16 platesx15, 18 platesx12, 18 platesx12
Donkey calf raises: stack x 15 x 5

Finished this cycle of epidrol and I have to say that I am very pleased. Unfortunately my nutrition wasnt 100% where I wanted it to be but I still gained about 8 lean lbs in 3 weeks! I havent worked out with anyone in a while but next time I do I will try to get some pics up!
