Today was heavy legs. I went into the workout pretty tired but got my pump on in no time.
Squats: 135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 355x8, 355x7, 365x4, 335x8
Sumo Deads: 275x8, 315x7, 315x7
Leg press: 20 platesx10, 20 platesx10, 18 platesx10, 16 platesx12
Calf raise on smith: 225x20x5
Kept it simple today and felt great. Nothing crazy special but I can tell that the epidrol is in my system. I am debating going up to 40mg soon. Weight gain after one week is 3lbs and I am looking very lean and vascular. Check back tomorrow for chest and bis.
