Its always good to take a few days to a week off every so often just to let those joints heal up and it helps to shock your body even more when you come back from that time off.

Gotta couple workouts to log for ya'll. Yesterday I did heavy legs and then today I just finished up a chest and bi session.

Legs

Squat: 135x10, 225x7, 315x7, 335x6, 355x5, 315x7
Sumo dead: 315x5, 315x7
Stiff leg deads: 315x7, 315x7
Leg press: 12 platesx12, 14 platesx12, 14 platesx12 (WAY too easy...)
Seated calf raises: 3 plates x 20 x 5

Chest and Bi

Bench press: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 245x6, 275x5, 275x4
Incline smith press (with stop at bottom): 225x8, 185x10, 185x10, 175x10
Hammer chest press: 4 platesx12, 4 platesx12, 4 platesx12
Barbell curl: 115x12, 135x5, 135x6, 115x8
Hammer curl: 70'sx7, 60'sx8, 50'sx9, 50'sx9

Felt pretty good about both workouts. My vascularity has been pretty great lately compliments to some great NO products. I will take tomorrow off and then hit light legs on Thursday.

315s getting too easy for you!!!
also nice BB curls and Hammer curls, 70lbs must be making them forearms pumped like hell!

ClitCreator You know I'm up for a pose down anytime! my definition and vasc will destroy your bulk. you know my heart attack was due to me pushing my body too the limits doing every set to failure, but i've learned. pose down tonight after work vagmaster!! Then Tila lol

Thanks for all the kind words brothers of iron! I had a light leg day on thursday and a back and tri session on friday. Both were pretty good but I wont post them. I am starting a cycle of epidrol (havoc) on monday and I will be keeping a log of that in here!

Hypo: Haha thanks brother! Yeah the epidrol is only like 36 bucks on bodybuilding.com and it is the exact same compound as havoc.

Miami: Thanks man! As far as the movie business goes, the show has been presented to, and had interest shown, by 3 network tv channels. The recommendation that all of them made was that the series should have 1 hour long episodes instead of .5 hours. It seems that a lot of series are turning to the longer episodes. So they are shooting more background to the story in SLC that takes place before my time in the story so that is the newest news there!

Not sure if you guys have seen this website but on tfsupplements.com they have epidrol by fast action for only like 24$ but its only 75 pills. They also have some very good prices on other prohormones. What support supplments will you be taking with it.

I bet your gonna be looking really nice after this cycle since its so dry.

Alright brothers I have a couple of sessions to log for you! The epidrol cycle is under way and I am starting to notice its first signs! My leg day felt good and todays chest day was a little stronger and little longer than usual.

Legs:

Squats: 135x10, 225x10, 315x8, 355x5, 355x4, 335x5, 335x5
Stiff leg deads: 315x6, 315x6, 315x6
Leg press: 20 platesx9x5
Calf raises: stack x 20 x 5

Workout felt real good. I know the epi wasnt in the body much at all yet but I still felt like I had a good workout.

Chest bi

Incline smith press: 135x10, 185x10, 225x9, 275x5, 275x5, 255x7
Bench press flat: 225x7, 225x7, 225x6, 245x5
Hammer strength incline: 2 platesx10, 2 platesx10, 2 platesx10 (per side with a good squeeze)
EZ bar curl: 120x10, 120x9, 130x5, 130x5
Hammer curl: 70x9, 65x10, 60x10, 50x12

I think I started to feel the effects of the epi today. My flat bench after incline was a little stronger than it normally would be after 5 working sets. Tomorrow is day off and then thursday will be a brutal high rep leg day!
