Sessions still look pretty impressive considering your mental state at the minute and motivation. Maybe you need either a break or a switch up of routines. Everyone has those stagnating times - don't sweat it. You're still lifting good weight.

Yesterday was heavy legs. Got in and got er done.

Squats: 135x10, 225x10, 315x8, 345x7, 357x4, 345x6, 345x5
Sumo Deads: 315x7, 345x6, 345x5, 345x5
Hack squat: 8 platesx10, 8 platesx10, 8 platesx9
Standing calf raises: stack x 15 x 5

Felt pretty good about the session. A little bit of pain in my knees for the squats so I think it is probably time for some joint support. Check back for a chest and bi session tonight.

Alright brothers of iron, I have a chest and bi session to share with you.

Incline bench press: 135x10, 185x10, 225x7, 245x4, 225x6, 225x5, 225x5
Flat db press: 95x10, 90x10, 90x8, 85x8
Hammer strength decline press: 6 platesx12, 6 platesx12, 6 platesx12
Hammer curls: 60'sx12, 70'sx8, 70'sx7, 65'sx7
Isolateral machine curl: 50x12, 50x12, 45x13

Its been a while since I've done incline bb press free weight and so it felt a little awkward but I think I did alright. Got a great pump in my chest and then finished off with my bi's screaming when I really concentrated on those isolateral curls!

Good lifts all round mate. Also, I can sympathise with you on not doing leg day without a belt. I hurt my back a few years ago and anything over 110kg for more that 3 sets really gives me grief unless I have a belt.

Just wanted to update my log for ya'll. I am taking a few days of "anabolic reloading" time. I will resume training monday. I started to run into some overuse issues (wrist, knee, rotator cuff) so I just decided it was time to take a couple days off!
