Yesterday I did my heavy lower day. I was running late and had to cut the workout a bit short but I think thats alright because I am planning on doing my light day tomorrow still.

Squat: 135x10, 225x10, 315x8, 355x5, 355x4, 335x6, 335x5
Stiff leg deads: 315x8, 335x6, 335x6, 335x5
Calf raises on smith: 225x20x5

Got it all done in about 40 mins. I had to run because I was giving a presentation on metabolism to a group participating in a local "biggest loser" competition. I have today off and tomorrow I will do light legs.

damn son you might get some striations in your chest after all! don't waist your time doing flys thou you'll never put on that mass you need with girls lifts like that, and you know your love the push pull! even on your chest bi your getting tri worl out so it's almost full body and on back tri you're getting a bi work out.
ps i take back what i said about catchin up on legs but i'll be there soon hopefully I love hittin legs twice a week!

Today I had to squeeze in a quick workout. I was due for light legs but since I just did heavy legs 48 hours ago, I took it easy on the legs and threw in shoulders.

Standing overhead bb press: 135x10, 155x7, 155x7, 155x6
Unilateral leg press: 4 platesx25, 5 platesx20, 6 platesx15
Wide grip up-right rows: 135x9, 155x7, 155x6, 155x6
Smith Lunges: 135x20, 135x20, 155x15, 155x15
Donkey calf raises: stack x 20 x 5

Got it all done in about 40 mins. Wasnt even going to workout today but I got the itch. Will hit back and tris tomorrow.

Yesterday I went in a beat up the back and tris. I felt weak and it fucking pissed me off. I have been feeling fatigue and lack of intensity lately and its killing me.

T-bar rows: 2 platesx10, 3 platesx10, 5 platesx9, 6 platesx10, 7 platesx8, 7 platesx8
Pull ups: bwx12, bwx10, bwx10, bwx9
One arm db rows: 110x12, 120x10
Lat pull down UH grip: 225x12, 220x10, 220x10
Close grip bench press: 205x9, 205x7, 205x7, 185x8
Overhead db extension: 95x12, 100x10, 95x10, 85x12

Just got mad as the session went on. Lacked energy and intensity. I think its time for an oral...

decent sessions
i know the feeling sometimes, get to the gym and you feel tired and just want to go home and sleep or relax, but got to keep pounding. those are the worst :angrydude:

Good weight on the close grip bench press! Nice amount of pull ups too! When ever I feel weak or faint before a workout, I'll eat a banana or something sweet, that usually helps.

Hang in there Creator. We all have those days. Session looked awesome anyway. 7 plates on the t-bar, are those 45 lbs plates?
