Today I did heavy legs. If you want some big ass legs you have to learn to tollerate a great deal of pain. That is my modo going into every leg workout from now on. No more fuckin around brothers. Its time to build some fucking legs.

Warm up: 5 mins on stationary bike

Squat: 135x10, 225x10, 315x8, 335x7, 355x6, 355x5, 335x6
Stiff leg deads: 315x7, 315x7, 335x5, 335x5
Leg press: 18 platesx10, 18 platesx8, 18 platesx8, 18 platesx7
Calf extension on leg press: 4 platesx20x5

I was pretty pleased with the session overall. I am really trying to improve my legs.

Great leg session bro :2: By mid summer I expect to be seeing 405 for at least 6.
Don't let me down, I have seen those wheels and they are more than capable.

I think your "no pain, no gain" theory worked out pretty well - that was an awesome session.

This week has been a pain in the ass with finals but I got a good light upper session in yesterday. Here it is.

Flat db press: 50x15, 80x15, 95x12, 95x12, 90x12, 85x12, 85x12
Lat pull down: 205x15, 205x12, 205x12, 190x13, 190x12
Incline smith press: 185x15, 185x12, 185x12, 205x10
Inverse row: bw+25x12, bw+25x12, bw+25x12, bwx12
Barbell curl: 90x15x5
Skull crusher: 90x13x5

That was it. Took some NO xplode before the workout and didnt like it at all. Made my stomach feel like shit.

Looks real good. Exzcellent work on that leg day - you're bound to get those legs up lifting like that.
Solid weight on the "light" upper day too.

Alright fellas, i applologize for my lack of updates and my slack of posting in other logs. I just finished up a very busy week and i wil be right back on the ball! I had a great heavy upper on Friday!

Incline bench press: 135x10, 185x10, 225x7, 245x6, 265x5, 265x5, 245x5
Wide grip chins: bw+25x8, bw+25x7, bw+25x7, bw+25x6, bwx8
Standing bb overhead press: 155x7, 155x7, 155x7, 155x6
Bent over rows: 315x8, 335x7, 335x7, 335x6
Close grip bench press: 225x5, 205x7, 205x7, 205x6, 205x6
DB curls: 70'sx7, 65'sx7, 60'sx8, 60'sx7, 55'sx8

I am getting really good pumps at the gym lately and I am loving it! Took some NO shotgun before this workout (damn its nice having roomie that works at bb.com) and I really liked the stuff. I dont want to get dependent on stimulants for a pump but it sure does help!

I was gonna point out the standout moves from that session - but they all look fantastic. Strong Db curls at the end there too.

Yesterday was a heavy lower for me. felt pretty solid about the session and I am pleased with how far my workouts have come, especially these heavy lower days. i feel a better mind/muscle connection with my legs than ever.

Squats
: 135x10, 225x10, 315x8, 345x5, 345x6, 365x4, 365x4
Sumo deads: 315x8, 335x7, 335x7
Leg press: 18 platesx10, 20 platesx8, 2 platesx7, 20 platesx7
Calf raise on leg press: 8 platesx20, 8 platesx20, 8 platesx20, 8 platesx18, 8 platesx18

Still trying to get a handle on those sumos but I really feel them hammering my glutes and hammies. I definately feel the strain on my lower back after these days even when i replace stiff leg deads with sumos but hey, i guess thats just bodybuilding!
