So I have been flirting around with the idea of doing the NPC Washington Ironman in October of this year. I have really been wanting to compete again and I think I might do this show. Any input is appreciated.
Here is the guy that took first in light heavies:

Judging by these, I think I would more than hold my own.
Today I did a light upper session and it felt real solid.
Incline bench smith: 135x15, 135x15, 225x12, 225x12, 205x12, 205x10, 185x12
T-bar machine: 3 platesx12, 3 platesx12, 3 platesx10, 3 platesx10, 3 platesx10
Dumbell fly: 50x15, 50x12, 45x15, 45x12
Wide grip chins: bwx10, bwx10, bwx10, bwx8
EZ bar curls: 80x15, 80x15, 80x15, 80x12, 80x12
Triceps pushdown V bar: 170x15, 170x15, 170x12, 150x14, 130x15
I really like supersetting on these days because I really dont bullshit at all and I hardly do any sitting around. I really get to sweating and get in the zone with a great pump.
