Lower body session was great - good to see you doing those sumo's - I've really taken to them too. If you haven't already try doing Romanian deads which I find really hit the glutes and hams really well.
Despite what you felt that upper body session was pretty damn respectable with weight for those reps!

Rocky: Thanks for the advice man, I will have to try those out. I find it very hard for me to really isolate the glutes and hams as much as I would like to so I am always down for finding new ways to do that.
Alright fellas, I have a couple of sessions to post up. First up is light legs that I did on thurs. I did a couple new things and felt pretty good about the session.
I just finished up a heavy upper today and felt really solid about the sessions. Got some stimulants in me which I rarely do and I think it helped energy levels quite a bit.
I really got some good energy for the heavy upper. For the smith presses I was very pleased because the machine takes no weight off the bar, it just stabilizes it. It's been a while since I did some heavy db curls and they felt good. I had some great vascularity coming out and even had a guy say that my arms were looking "scary" so I took that as a compliment. Did some posing afterwards and I think I was looking pretty solid. Still very pleased with how my legs are coming along. I think I have made some very solid improvements in my lower body. I will take the weekend off.
Congrats on the PB on bench bro very good, and awesome pull ups followed up with some monstrous DB curls. Overall I would say you had an impressive session, maybe you could use stimulants every workout if it helps so much
High reps with legs are hard to do, and looks like you got the most out of it. I think the stimulants helped a lot, those are some pretty big numbers. Very nice!
