Yesterday I did light upper and it kinda sucked balls and pissed me off. No training partner, a dead i pod, and a whole lot of nothing for energy.

Incline db press: 55x15, 70x15, 95x12, 95x12, 90x10, 85x12
Lat pull down: 205x14, 205x12, 205x12, 190x12, 190x12
Bench press smith: 185x15, 205x12, 205x12, 185x12
Seated row cable: 220x12, 220x12, 205x14, 205x14
Preacher curl machine: stack x 15 x 5
Overhead triceps extenstion machine: stack x 15 x 5

Just pretty much felt like shit today. Pretty lame workout I felt like, but I got er done.

Dude same here. my ipod is dead, and bro wasn't up for spotting really
and had a shat day. flipped out at work and went home early.
anyway. still like Wrestling said,. thats some big weight to push around
even without the good music or spotter. all i have to say man, is use it to motivate you
for your next. anger helps.

Eveybody gets one of these off days once in a while. think of it this way, its always better to do something than nothing.

Squats are great. And about the sucky day, as everyone else already have said, they come and they go. Just have to do the best out of it.

Lower body session was great - good to see you doing those sumo's - I've really taken to them too. If you haven't already try doing Romanian deads which I find really hit the glutes and hams really well.

Despite what you felt that upper body session was pretty damn respectable with weight for those reps!

Alright fellas, I have a couple of sessions to post up. First up is light legs that I did on thurs. I did a couple new things and felt pretty good about the session.

Smith squats: 135x25, 185x20, 185x20, 195x18
Walking lunges: 95x15, 95x15, 95x15 (15 per leg) BURN!!!!!!!!!!!
Deads DB: 95'sx15, 95'sx15, 95'sx15
Leg extensions: 145x15, 145x15, 130x20
Calf raises smith: 185x20, 185x20, 185x20, 185x18, 185x18

I just finished up a heavy upper today and felt really solid about the sessions. Got some stimulants in me which I rarely do and I think it helped energy levels quite a bit.

Incline bench press smith: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 245x7, 265x5 (PB), 245x6, 245x5
Wide grip chins: bw+25x8, bw+25x7, bw+25x5, bw+20x6, bw+20x5
Wide grip up-right rows: 145x7, 145x7, 145x6, 145x6
Bent over rows UH: 315x8, 335x7, 335x7, 335x6
Dips: bw+45x10, bw+70x9, bw+70x9, bw+45x8, bwx10
Curls DB: 70'sx7, 65'sx8, 60'sx7, 60'sx7, 55'sx7 (very slow and controlled)

I really got some good energy for the heavy upper. For the smith presses I was very pleased because the machine takes no weight off the bar, it just stabilizes it. It's been a while since I did some heavy db curls and they felt good. I had some great vascularity coming out and even had a guy say that my arms were looking "scary" so I took that as a compliment. Did some posing afterwards and I think I was looking pretty solid. Still very pleased with how my legs are coming along. I think I have made some very solid improvements in my lower body. I will take the weekend off.

Congrats on the PB on bench bro :2: very good, and awesome pull ups followed up with some monstrous DB curls. Overall I would say you had an impressive session, maybe you could use stimulants every workout if it helps so much :e5dunno:

Those bicep curls are solid dude :eek4:

High reps with legs are hard to do, and looks like you got the most out of it. I think the stimulants helped a lot, those are some pretty big numbers. Very nice!
