Both sessions felt good. I am playing around with my routine a bit and trying to find what will work best for me. The heavy/light days have done wonders for my legs, but I am not so sure it is best for my upper body so I am trying to tweak things just right. Any input or suggestions is always appreciated.
awesome job there Creator, seems light alright for them legs, i know for sure you can up that weight and still recover well.

Just finished up a heavy leg day. My joints were aching pretty good going into the workout and I was pretty damn tired so it was a little bit of a pussy workout but I got er done.
I really liked the feel of the sumo deads. I really felt them in my glutes and hamstrings. I went lighter than I could ahave cuz I wanted to get a feel for them but I think I will start incorporating them in more mainly because they are easier on the back and my erectors already overpower my lats.
Nice work man. Good to see you juggling things around to work out what works - you have the experience I expect to be able to see what's working quite quickly!
