Nice chest session right there. It feels great to have a monster-pump in the chest. Makes you feel really big.

Sorry for the lack of updates, I just got back from the empire classic where I was helping my good friend out with his show. I have a couple workouts to post.

Light legs:

Unilateral leg press: 4 platesx25, 5 platesx20, 6 plates x15
Smith lunges: 135x25, 155x20, 155x15
Stiff leg deads: 185x15, 185x15, 185x15
Leg extensions: 135x25, 135x20, 135x20, 115x25
Calf raises on leg press: 8 platesx25, 8 platesx25, 8 platesx25, 8 platesx20, 8 platesx20

Back/bis

Bent over rows UH grip: 315x8, 315x7, 315x7
Wide grip chins: bw+25x7, bw+25x6, bw+25x5
Wide grip upright rows: 135x10, 155x8, 155x8
Lat pull down UH grip: 205x10, 220x8, 220x8
Barbell curl: 120x8, 120x7, 110x8, 110x8
DB preacher curl: 30x12, 30x12, 20x12

Both sessions felt good. I am playing around with my routine a bit and trying to find what will work best for me. The heavy/light days have done wonders for my legs, but I am not so sure it is best for my upper body so I am trying to tweak things just right. Any input or suggestions is always appreciated.

awesome job there Creator, seems light alright for them legs, i know for sure you can up that weight and still recover well.
backs and bis work amazing, if those BB curls were near last thats insane
bet the pump all round to back was immense!!

Just finished up a heavy leg day. My joints were aching pretty good going into the workout and I was pretty damn tired so it was a little bit of a pussy workout but I got er done.

warm up: 5 mins stationary bike

Squat: 135x10, 225x10, 315x7, 335x5, 335x5, 335x5, 315x6
Sumo deads (first time ever): 225x8, 315x8, 335x7, 335x7
Front squat smith: 225x8, 225x7, 225x6, 225x4
Calf raises smith: 225x20, 225x18, 225x15, 225x15, 225x15

I really liked the feel of the sumo deads. I really felt them in my glutes and hamstrings. I went lighter than I could ahave cuz I wanted to get a feel for them but I think I will start incorporating them in more mainly because they are easier on the back and my erectors already overpower my lats.
