Nothing too special today but a decent light lower session I felt.

Unilateral leg press: 4 platesx25, 5 platesx20, 6 platesx15
Smith lunges: 135x20, 155x15, 155x15
Stiff leg deads: 175x12, 175x12, 175x12
Leg extensions: 145x20, 145x20, 145x20 OUCH!!!!!!!!!!
Calf raises seated: 135x20, 135x20, 135x18, 135x8, 135x15

Like I've said before, I really feel that these light days have been very productive in size and strength gains, not to metion some cardio!

those leg extensions are ammmazing. 145 for 20reps??? 3 sets? that must've blown your quads into a bloody pump !!

great numbers, very high reps.. good to hear that coz if you get as much blood in the muscle as possible it will pop off like crazy :)

I bet the light days are very good to implement from time to time, but its damn near impossible for me to to them. I always end up going much heavier then I meant to, and then its no use, I jst end up doing my regular stuff : )

Hypo: Thanks man! It sure floods the muscles.
Miami: Thanks bro! I am trying to get some pop going on!
Rocko: An evil pump indeed!
Mike: Yeah it is tough for me to keep it light, makes me feel like a huge gine but whatever I guess!

Sorry for the slack in updates. I was helping my friend with his show all weekend. I had a heavy upper on friday and a heavy upper today so here they are.

Friday:

Bench press
: 135x10, 185x10, 225x7, 275x4, 275x4, 245x6, 245x5
Wide grip chins: bw+25x7, bw+25x7, bw+25x7, bwx8, bwx8
Seated millitary press smith: 225x7, 225x6, 225x5, 225x5
T-bar rows: 5 platesx8, 6 platesx7, 7 platesx4, 7 platesx4
Close grip bench press: 205x7, 205x6, 205x5, 205x5
EZ bar curl close grip: 120x7, 120x6, 120x5, 120x5

Good workout. I was pleased with my bench and t-bar especially!

Today:

Squat: 135x10, 225x10, 315x8, 335x6, 355x4, 335x5, 335x5
Front squat: 205x7, 205x7, 205x7, 205x6
Seated leg curl: 210x6, 210x6, 225x4, 225x4
Calf raises on leg press: 8 platesx20, 8 platesx20, 8 platesx18, 8 platesx15, 8 platesx15

Felt good about the workout. Decided to ditch the SLDL's today. I think I may start doing them heavy only every other week.

Yesterday I did a light upper. I had a little bit of an endorush before and I had great energy and pump throughout the workout. Didnt really feel like lifting light but I kept to it pretty well!

Inline db press: 50x15, 70x15, 90x12, 95x12, 95x12, 90x12, 90x12
One arm db row: 50x15, 70x15, 95x15, 100x12, 100x12, 100x12, 100x12
Flat db fly: 55x15, 55x15, 55x12, 55x12
Lat pull down underhand: 195x15, 195x15, 195x12, 195x12
Incline db curl: 35x15, 32.5x15, 30x15, 30x12
Skull crusher: 90x15, 90x15, 90x12, 90x12

I was very pleased with this workout. Focus and pump was right on. I will take today off and then do light lower on thursday.
