Prince: Thanks brother! I dont want them to look too light haha.
Dan: Appreciate the support man!
Hoke: I am working on getting the weights up there! Thanks a lot!
Just another light day in the bag. Felt like a good workout to me. My training partner recently told me while I was hitting some poses that he thinks my legs have really grown and they still show good detail so I am pretty happy about that! Tune in for a brutal heavy upper session tomorrow!
seems light medium or heavy workouts always work well for you Creator, purely awesome genetics!, BB lunges 115 per leg thats insane, well besides Rockys chaffing weight
DB straight leg deads...bet those are something. 90s for 12 thats awesome man
keep those legs pumped and flexed!
Had a good pump going on. I think I am going to switch my routine up a little bit next week and do a little bit different of a split for a while. Not really sure yet what it is going to consist of but stay tuned and see what has been revealed to me!
whats up creator...just creeping in on ur training log ...awesome training session with a different twist than the usual 1 muscle a day training,,throwing around sum massive weight brother keep crushing it
Both sessions were real solid. Leg work was great - higher rep work obviously hsaving a positive effect with decent weight to boot.
That benching was pretty damn heavy too!
Turk: Thanks for stopping by brother! I just like to have variety in my routine!
Mike: Appreciate it man! I am going to switch a few things up but I think it has worked pretty well.
Rocky: Thank you my friend. I think my legs respond well to high reps.
Dan: I will keep pushing them up brother!
Lion: The bb rows seem to be a strong point for me, and my whole back at that. Thanks!
Just blasted out a heavy lower. I started to crash right when I got going with my workout and didnt have any stims to energy levels were low but my training partner gave me a kick in the ass!
Squats: 135x10, 225x10, 315x7, 335x6, 335x6, 355x4, 315x4 Stiff leg deads: 315x7, 335x5, 335x5, 335x5 Leg press: 16 platesx10, 16 platesx10, 16 platesx10 (Easy!!!!! Shoulda gone up but I was lazy!) Calf raises smith: 225x20, 225x20, 275x15, 275x15, 275x15
Got in and got er done! I think I could have done better but it was nap time for The Creator! Check back tomorrow for a routine update.
Just finished up a session. Decided to throw in some variety and really beat the hell out of the chest.
Bench press: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 245x5, 275x3, 275x3 Incline bench press smith: 225x8, 225x7, 225x6, 225x5 Dips: bwx10, bwx10, bwx10, bwx10 (really kept my body up-right to focus on tris and went very slow on both phases of contraction.) Cable fly: 70x12, 70x12, 50x15 Overhead dumbell extension: 95x12, 95x12, 95x10
Havent had this much blood in my chest in quite some time! I did no supersets today and I hate waiting in-between sets so my rest time was a minute max. The whole workout was about 45 mins. The dips really tore up my tris and overall, I felt very swollen by the end of the workout!
leg presses were way tooo easy for ya, 10 on each set, up em man! lol
cable flyes are heavy, good pump i bet
squats are looking good to man, hope i can hit 300+ heh
heavy workout all over man, keep it up broda!!!
