Nice heavy squats there Creator! Also, I wish I had access to a plate loaded leg press, the machine at my gym doesn't even hit 180kg.

I have been tremendously busy at work lately fellas and that is contributing to my lack of activity lately. Hopefully things slow down soon. Yesterday was back and tri

Pull up: bwx15, bwx12, bwx12, bwx10
Bent over row UH: 315x10, 315x10, 315x8, 275x10
Lat pull down: 225x12, 240x10, 240x8
One arm db row: 120x10, 120x10
Close grip bench: 225x10, 225x10, 225x8, 225x8
Skull crusher: 100x12, 100x12, 100x9, 90x12
Kick backs: 30x15, 30x12

Felt real good about the session. Those kick backs at the end pumped the shit out of my tris! I am going to start cutting next week for a show in October so we will see how that goes!

Have a couple of sessions to post for you guys. Did a heavy leg day on Sunday and then just finished up a chest and bi session. I finished the epidrol a week ago and started dieting yesterday!

Legs

Squats: 135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 365x7, 365x7, 365x5, 335x7
Sumo deads: 315x8, 335x7, 335x7, 335x7
Leg press: 18 platesx12, 18 platesx12, 20 platesx10
Calf extension on leg press: 8 plates x 20 x5

Chest and bi

Bench press: 135x10, 135x10, 225x10, 275x7, 295x5, 315x1 (PB), 225x9
Incline db press: 90x12, 100x10, 100x8, 90x10, 80x12
Flat db fly: 55x12, 50x12
EZ curls: 120x10, 120x8, 120x8, 120x8
Hammer curls: 55x12, 50x13, 45x12, 40x12

Felt real good about the last two sessions. I am very pleased with how my squats are coming along and I was very pleased to finally get that PB on bench. I will post pics up in a few minutes!
