Felt real good about the session. Those kick backs at the end pumped the shit out of my tris! I am going to start cutting next week for a show in October so we will see how that goes!

Have a couple of sessions to post for you guys. Did a heavy leg day on Sunday and then just finished up a chest and bi session. I finished the epidrol a week ago and started dieting yesterday!

Felt real good about the last two sessions. I am very pleased with how my squats are coming along and I was very pleased to finally get that PB on bench. I will post pics up in a few minutes!
As expected, I really dont think that these pics do me justice at all but here they are. Didnt put much effort into the posing here. Was going to take pics in good lighting at the gym but didnt bring the camera so here is the washed out version of some of the poses. 12 weeks out.
