Knight rider: Thanks man. The unilateral leg presses are great. Its good for isolation work but you can still get the weight up there. I think they really help to strengthen squats.

Prize: Thank you my friend. The light leg day is a killer! It definately gets the heart racing and the blood flowing!

Well my physique enthusiasts, here we had another light upper day. I switched up a bunch of exercises and got a great pump!

Smith machine flat bench: 135x15, 185x12, 205x12, 225x12, 225x12, 225x12, 205x10
Reverse push up on smith machine: bwx15, bw+45x12, bw+50x12, bw+50x12, bw+50x12, bw+45x12
Dips: bwx12, bwx12, bwx12, bwx12 (leaned forward to target chest and went very slow!)
Underhand pull downs: 190x12, 190x12, 175x12, 175x12
DB skull crushers: 50'sx12, 50'sx10, 45'sx10, 45'sx10
Incline db curl: 35x12, 35x12, 30x12, 30x12

Wasnt exactly sure what to call the reverse push up on smith machine but basically it is where I lock the bar in place on the smith, lay on my back, put my feet up on the end of a decline bench for good elevation, have a partner put weight on my stomach and then pull up toward the bar. Got a great pump today and I'm loving this workout! Did some posing afterward and I'm still looking decently lean but have definately put on some fat since the last pics. I will post some pics soon!

Those are called inverted rows my man. Great for working on your pullups...never seen anyone add weight though:tiphat:

Prince: Thanks man! I have kinda been laying off the delts lately. If you look at my side tri and side chest, they really over power my chest so I only hit them on my heavy day.

amazing work on those smith presses man, 225 for those reps.. wooah, can't sigh bout that now lol. im barely at 125 for flat bb, 225 for those still shit, you just made me tear :( lol

Those chest targeting dips are awesome,i do them also.Good overall somewhat light session bro:uhoh2:.

Here we are once again brothers. I did a heavy lower day today. I had to skip out on it last week because I was gone to film again! It was a solid session and I switched a few things up.

warm up: 5 mins on stationary bike

Front squat: 135x10, 225x10, 275x7, 295x5, 295x5, 275x5, 225x6
Rack deads (from the patella): 315x8, 405x7, 455x5, 455x5, 405x5
Leg press: 16 plates x10, 18 plates x8, 18 plates x7, 18 plates x7
Calf extensions on leg press: 8 platesx20, 8 plates x18, 8 plates x18, 8 plates x16, 8 plates x15, 8 plates x15

Kept it simple and it did me well. I took some pics of my legs earlier today cold and I would appreciate feedback besides the fact that they need to grow! The other pic is just for fun and is from this last weekend when we were filming. I am on the left and the other three leads are on the right. That girl that I am with in there is miss teen Idaho. We were doing a school dance scene, it was pretty fun!
