uhhh son!! Pain sweat and gasping for breaths is a great combo for glory! Those legs gettin heavy mang those hams are gunna pop soon you and i both know this! cardio tomorrow brother! and thurs its back to the legs! So be prepared for the pain sweat heavy breathing but most inportantly the glory!!!
ps i'm gettin lean cuz i haven't been slackin on the diet at all you should bring your camera for update pics your probably ready for some new photos too!

Well today I had the intention of doing a light upper day but instead ended up having a "vagina" day, which I think we are all entitled to every now and again. I woke up this morning and my back hurt (sharp pains) like a sob. Maybe from the rack deads or something but my throat was really sore and my head hurt. I think i'm coming down with something and I felt like shit so I just got some blood flowing in the gym but didnt do anything worth posting. Stayed away from back today and did flat db's, db pullovers, db shoulder press, incline db fly, preacher curl, v bar extension, hammer curls, and kickbacks. Didnt see any point in pushing myself when I feel so shitty. I will take tomorrow off and try to get better.

Prize: Yeah like I said, I do think I'm a lucky guy! She is gorgeous and actually a pretty cool girl too (thats rare!). We spend a lot of time talking on set.

Alright my friends, last night was a light lower. Still wasnt feeling anywhere close to 100% but wanted to work out anyways.

Smith lunges: 115x25, 135x20, 135x20, 135x15
Stiff deads: 135x15, 155x15, 155x15, 155x15
Unilateral leg press: 4 platesx25, 5 platesx20, 6 platesx15
Leg extension: 115x20, 115x20, 115x15
Calf raises on smith: 205x20, 205x20, 205x20, 205x18, 205x15

Didnt want to get to crazy since I wasnt feeling to well but still felt I got a decent workout in. I have noticed my leg development is improving since I started this protocol and I think that these light days are an important part of my strength and size gains. I am feeling better today and so I am heading in soon for a heavy upper day before I have to drive 5 hours to do some more acting tomorrow.

Just finished up a heavy upper day and wanted to post it before I hit the road! I wasnt quite at 100% but I am feeling much better.

Incline bb press: 135x10, 185x10, 225x7, 245x5, 245x4, 225x5, 225x4
T bar rows: 2 platesx10, 3 platesx10, 5 platesx8, 6 platesx7, 7 platesx5, 6 plates x8, 6 platesx7
Seated millitary press smith: 205x6, 225x4, 225x4, 205x5
Pull up: bwx9, bwx8, bwx8, bwx8
Close grip bench press: 185x9, 205x6, 205x6, 205x5
Barbell EZ curl wide grip: 120x8, 120x7, 120x6, 120x6

Overall, a decent pump and a good workout. I will take the weekend off to act and relax!
