good stuff creator! i like how you explain the exercises at the end! otherwise i would have been saying 'how do those smith benches with the stop go'.......im going to use the 'stop' when i do hammer chest press, mainly because its got a shit range of motion as it is, so trying to stop before the machine is more trouble than its worth!

keep up the good work, do you do the close grip pulldown, overhand?

Mike: Thanks my friend! I really like supersetting. Besides the obvious crazy pump, i just really feel like I am in the zone when I rest less and just jump from exercise to exercise. I actually find I move more weight!
Knight: Thanks for the compliments! I use that v-bar for my close grip lat pull downs and so I actually grab it from the side but I guess you could say it is overhand. I always do my pull-ups overhand though. I think they are more commonly refered to as chins.

Sorry for the lack of updates fellas, school has been crazy lately! I did a light lower yesterday and then I just finished up a heavy upper. So here she is!

Light lower

Smith lunges: 115x25, 135x20, 135x15 (reps per leg)
Stiff deads: 185x12, 185x12, 185x12 (really went slow and controlled)
Hack squat: 4 platesx20, 6 platesx15, 6 platesx15
Leg extensions (drop sets): 130x15, 100x15, 60x12 OUCHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
Calf raise on smith: 215x20, 215x20, 215x18, 215x18, 135x20

I really like hitting my legs up twice a week with the variety in mode and volume! My legs have really really improved lately and I am stoked about it!

Heavy upper

Incline bb press: 135x10, 185x10, 225x7, 245x5, 245x5, 245x4, 225x5
Bent over row: 135x10, 225x10, 275x9, 315x7, 315x7, 315x6, 315x5
Seated millitary smith: 225x5, 225x5, 225x5
Wide grip chins: bwx8, bwx8, bwx8
Close grip EZ curls: 120x8, 120x8, 120x8, 110x7, 110x7, 110x7
Close grip bench: 205x8, 205x8, 205x6, 185x6, 185x6

Great workout for me. Had an awesome pump throughout and had some good energy!

Great sessions man. Legs looked superb - bet those high rep lunges blew those legs up.
Upper body session is beastly. great power.

Those BB rows are fucking awesome. Those lunges ain't exactly "light" ;)

Just finished up some heavy lower. Decent day I suppose.

Warm up: 5 mins stationary bike

Squat: 135x10, 225x10, 315x6, 335x5, 335x5, 335x5, 315x5
Stiff leg deads: 315x5, 315x5, 335x4, 315x5
Front squats (smith): 225x7, 225x6, 225x6
Seated calf raise: 3 platesx20, 3 platesx20, 3platesx18, 3 plates x15, 3 plates x15

I'm feeling pretty beat right now. Throwing in those front squats really got the quads pumpin. Light upper tomorrow.

Just finished up a light upper and I am spent! I seriously feel like I depleted all the glycogen in my upper body haha!

Flat DB press: 50x15, 75x12, 95x12, 95x12, 90x12, 90x12, 85x12
One arm DB row: 50x15, 75x15, 100x12, 105x12, 100x12, 95x12, 95x12
Cable fly: 60x15, 60x15, 50x15, 50x15
Lat pull down: 190x15, 190x15, 175x15, 175x15
Alternating DB curl: 50x15, 50x15, 45x15, 45x15
Overhead DB triceps extension: 100x12, 95x15, 95x15, 95x15

Did some posing afterwards and I was quite pleased with the way I look currently. Stepped on the scale and weighed in at 225.

I just switched to UP and LB split like yourself.. The whole once a week wasn't working for me. I like the idea of having different rep ranges and weight.. Best of luck

My gym really isnt the place for it either but I've been working out there for a while now and I work there so pretty much everybody knows that I am a bodybuilder and bodybuilders do some weird ass shit like get in their underwear and flex in front of a mirror!

Well nothing too special today for light legs. A lot of burn but thats about it.

Unilateral leg press: 4 plates x25, 5 plates x20, 6 plates x15
Smith lunges: 135x25, 155x18, 155x15
Stiff leg deads: 185x12, 185x12, 185x12 (Very very slow!)
Leg extensions: 115x20, 115x20, 115x20 (Again, extremely slow and controlled. Waned to scream because of the burn :crymeariver:)
Calf raises on smith: 205x20, 205x20, 205x18, 205x15, 205x15
Decline sit ups: x20, x20, x20 (Extreme focus on eccentric movement)

Like I said before, I am very pleased with the way my legs are coming along. I mentioned in my intro to my log that my main goal was to improve leg size this year and I think I have been doing just that while maintaining decent seperation and detail!
Tomorrow is heavy upper and I have plans to take some pumped up pics afterwards so make sure you check back tomorrow to see The Creator like you have never seen him before!:ughnoes:
