Alright fellas I just got done with a great heavy upper! Had a good spot and even managed to pull of a PB!

Flat BB bench press: 135x10, 185x10, 225x7, 245x6, 275x5 (PB), 275x4, 245x6
T bar rows: 2 platesx10, 4 platesx10, 5 platesx10, 6 platesx8, 6 platesx8, 6 platesx8, 6 platesx7
Seated overhead DB press: 90x8, 95x7, 90x7
Wide grip chins: bwx8, bwx8, bwx7
Close grip bench press: 205x8, 205x7, 205x7, 205x6
EZ bar curl: 120x9, 120x8, 120x7, 120x7 (really went down slow and I am feeling it now)

Felt pretty good about the workout overall! As promised, I have some pics below. About 225 in these. Definition has been slowly fading away as I have put on a little bit of fat but I know I have made some lean size gains. I have cut back on the calories a little bit and have started doing a little cardio in attempt to just shave a little bit off this winter flab I have put on :keke:

It has been a little difficult to keep up with a solid diet and training with the acting and the travel that I have had to do for it but I think I have kept up pretty well considering!

Looks like the legs have come up quite a bit.... Your still looking pretty lean as well... :tiphat:

Looking awesome brother! Legs are bigger for sure and the upper body still looks great.

You should go for 315 on bench next time :linedrunk:

Mike: Appreciate the constructive critisizm bro! Surprisingly, I usually always get the compliments on my arms but I know they do need to be bigger. My bi's genetically have pretty bad insertion :angrydude:

Alright my fellow brothers of iron, just finished up a heavy lower day. I was pleased with my energy and strength for the session.

Warm up: 5 mins stationary bike

Squat: 135x10, 225x10, 315x7, 335x5, 365x4, 335x4, 315x4
Stiff leg deads: 275x6, 315x5, 315x5
Leg press: 18 plates x8, 18 plates x8, 20 plates x7
Calf extension on leg press: 8 plates x20, 8 plates x20, 8 plates x18, 8 plates x18, 8 plates x15

Got a great pump in my legs. Havnt been that heavy on squats in a while so it felt really good.

Hey man, those squats look massive..
plus those leg presses, bet your quads were wobbling after that session man!

Prize: Lets hope so! I have been very pleased with how my legs are coming along. I would say I have the same seperation right now in my quads as I did when I was 6-7% BF!

just finished up a light upper day. Last Friday on my heavy upper day I started to feel some tightness in my left pec but I just ignored it. Today when I went for my warm up set on DB press I was feeling a sharp pain in my left pec that ran right through the arm pit and even into my bi a little bit. I was a little concerned about this especially due to Layne Norton's recent tear so I backed off chest a bit today and hopefully it will feel better come Friday.

Flat DB chest press: 50x15, 75x15, 75x15, 75x15, 75x15, 75x15
One arm DB rows: 70x15, 100x15, 105x12, 105x12, 105x12, 110x12
Side laterals: 40x15, 40x15, 45x12, 45x12
Lat pull-down (underhand): 190x12, 190x12, 190x12, 175x12
Incline DB curl: 35x12, 35x12, 32.5x12, 32.x12
Skull Crusher: 90x12, 90x12, 90x12, 90x12
Cable rope curl: 145x15, 145x15, 145x15
Rope tri extension: 150x15, 150x15, 150x15

Went into the gym with a lot of energy and eager to beat it up and the chest pain really pissed me off so I went a little extra hard on the arms to burn all the energy off.
