Alright fellas I just got done with a great heavy upper! Had a good spot and even managed to pull of a PB!

Felt pretty good about the workout overall! As promised, I have some pics below. About 225 in these. Definition has been slowly fading away as I have put on a little bit of fat but I know I have made some lean size gains. I have cut back on the calories a little bit and have started doing a little cardio in attempt to just shave a little bit off this winter flab I have put on
It has been a little difficult to keep up with a solid diet and training with the acting and the travel that I have had to do for it but I think I have kept up pretty well considering!

Prize: Lets hope so! I have been very pleased with how my legs are coming along. I would say I have the same seperation right now in my quads as I did when I was 6-7% BF!
just finished up a light upper day. Last Friday on my heavy upper day I started to feel some tightness in my left pec but I just ignored it. Today when I went for my warm up set on DB press I was feeling a sharp pain in my left pec that ran right through the arm pit and even into my bi a little bit. I was a little concerned about this especially due to Layne Norton's recent tear so I backed off chest a bit today and hopefully it will feel better come Friday.

Went into the gym with a lot of energy and eager to beat it up and the chest pain really pissed me off so I went a little extra hard on the arms to burn all the energy off.
