did calf presses on sled for leg presses
6 plates per side 6-8reps.

I can't do one rep maxes. My joints are far too weak. No idea why my muscles can lift more than my joints and tendons can hold.

^^ nice numbers man!! but how can u bench more then u squat? gotta increase the squats to atleast 160kg so that everything is more in the same level!! train hard and eat harder!

You bench more than you can squat... and deadlift nearly 2x as much as you squat. Should put some work in on those quads. :carduindisguise

i started to do squats and serius legs training only before two weeks this is the begin for me so i hope that i well be stronger..
