eating as much as i can Turk! sometimes its hard...im thinking of doing some digestive enzymes to help out.

Rage thanks bro...the rest pause sets (dc style) were awesome. Im thinking of starting a DC program.

Nice heavy arms session there man, some excellent choice of exercise being used :xyxthumbs:. About your intrest in starting a DC style program, i would definately go ahead with it, great fun because you can lift some BIG (by what you usually do) weights, and that always appeals to me. I personally stopped training DC as i really love high volume (which DC is the opposite). I definately reccomend giving it a shot though, with the numbers i've seen in your log there would be some insane weights being thrown around if you trained DC style.
