thx man...ya the wasted sets would be the ones where i got out an easy 8. As my target is in the 4-6 rep range.

u always really impress me with ur shoulder strength, i mean ur crushing the dam 90's!!! ur right around my weight on DB Shoulder press but i weigh about 50 more pounds than u!!!!

ya man biceps alone for the next month...triceps are with shoulders for now, following this program to a T for the next 6 months of bulking.

BB rows looking strong man, everything very solid it seems like that bulkng isn't hurting (i'm sure 10lbs doesn't hurt) nice man, very impressive
