thx for the comments guys...appreciate it. My body isnt use to the higher reps 10-12. I've been doing 4-6 reps the last 6 months or so. So i feel weaker but im doing more reps so hope it evens out. Im sure my endurance will get better over the coming weeks.
Also I was just given a H-blocker, ce-xl stack from my friend who is a isatori rep. I'll let ya know how it works
Very true, since I have been doing the this low volume, low rep training my endurance sucks! I am not looking forward to looking like a poon when I go back to higher rep ranges...
not to bad man...im around 195lbs now. Starting to feel ive added alittle to much bodyfat. So Im lowering the calories a bit. The big thing is i kinda got off my meal plan the last month. Been practising shitty eating habits. So number 1 on my list is to get back to eating healthy whole foods but lots of em.
sounds good man, dont turn to the dark side of junk food:S I already have, but then again im gonna reach 100kg no matter fucking what great session too btw, bb curls are awesome...
