^^ Yeh I prefer to call it an OHP (overhead press) because I don't have the roof height to do a strict military press. So instead I have a stride position with my feet, which I prefer anyway, just alternate which leg is the leading leg.

^^ I probably had another 1 or 2 in me but I was getting dizzy. The second set of boxies I had the shakes and was dizzy. Wasn't psyched up for the session so wouldn't be surprised if it was just blood pooling or low blood pressure.

Natzo: Bands are great. All I can say about them is; GET SOME. You will not regret it.

Pickle: So you're saying that we are evenly matched; aside from the height advantage you have, and the weight advantage you have, and the general sexiness advan..........

Lionheart: I'm hating reps on squats. I get so out of breath doing them, and unlike deadlifts the weight is still on the shoulder so they just kill me. But I suck at them so going to keep doing them and become a man.

Rob: Thick bars are great tools. I made mine, but I saw that they have quite a few products around now that just clip to regular bars. Still prefer my lumps of pipe.

Deadlift tonight. Bodes well for next weeks "week 3" workout.

Deadlift
60kg x5
100kg x5
120kg x3
135kg x3
155kg x3
175kg x10 - happy and should be capable of some good numbers with a weight I was only doing a double with at Xmas time.

SL hammy curl
25kg x10
25kg x10
20kg x15

DB calf raise
32kg x10
37kg x8
37kg x8

SL step up
24kg x20
24kg x20

I liked the pullups. Solid numbers.

And Ian Astbury is a very good vocalist, and The Cult is awesome!

Thanks guys.

Did cardio this evening after having a splitting headache since mid afternoon.

6000m in 30mins. Consistent speed with 1000m per 5mins (more like 4 1/2 mins with stops for water).
