Rocky: Yep just trying to share the struggle to train while working full time, with evening meetings killing my free time. Always appreciate you stopping by!
Eric: Training at the moment has to be a bit dynamic to fit around work. I often have evening meetings that eat into my schedule. So end up burning the candle at both ends with a peridoised program. Oh well
Cuban presses: take a bar or dumbbells. Raise with pronated grip to the sternum, or until elbows level with shoulders and forearms at 90 degree. Then raise bar in circular motion out from the body and up towards top of head. Once at overhead press position press overhead and reverse motion. SHould feel this in the rear of the shoulders and in the scaps.
Oh yeh and I lifted today. Pretty happy with the clean!! Have to try jerks next session to see if I can get that 100kg overhead as easily as it came to the shoulder.
