Tweak: My log is sexier for your visit dude!

tkD: I was reasonably happy with the deads, if I do it right I should be able to do my former max for multiple sets in another 4 weeks.

Rageking: Our dog doesn't really like dog biscuits, she prefers lumps of meat on a bone, but she knows that the PWO window is very important for recovery and biscuits are the only thing on offer.

The KM: I'm sure you weren't the only one.

I was going to work out last night, but I had sex instead. :tiphat:

Rageking: Yep my favourite kind of workout!!

El Freako: Yes pussy is good.

Skeptic: I'm hoping the deads will rapidly improve as I haven't done them in a long time and I seem to fell them more in the posterior chain (especially hammys) than what I did a year ago. This means I'm actually pulling the weight rather than squatting it which should equal a PB soon.

Princevegeta: I'm actually noticing how much I need more cardio as these sessions are taxing my work ability.

Haven't had the internet this weekend so I'll post both the sessions. On the leg day I didn't wear my compressive "tights" (Skins-what athletes wear in training) and today I am noticing the effects on my legs. Didn't notice much difference when training with them, just when you stop using them (like creatine I suppose). So in summary the proprioception and lactate removal advantages are real.

Soundtrack:
Guy at a party on Saturday night gave me Opeth's Still Life as an introduction to Death Metal. I do get Opeth but I'm still not enamored of the grunt vocal style without the direct juxtaposition of the clean or melodic vocal. And Still Life impresses me more than Ghost Reveries which I also have, so Tunen and Skeptic, spot on dude!

tkD: The 8 reps did not come easily. Physically it was easy, mentally I wanted to stop once my breathing got a little laboured. Given how I got 8 with what my mind only wanted 3; I'd say that next time I should be able to add weight and get the reps easily.

Rageking: It is why I've switched my squat, bench and rows rep ranges. I realised I haven't done any medium rep range work on these exercises in so long. I was originally planning to do 20 rep squats but I'm glad I did an intermediate phase first :ughnoes:

^^ I usually do the higher reps as either a drop set (on rare occassions) or on the accessory exercise. I thought it was time to do some with heavy (relative) weights.
