I'm actually a bit lighter now than I have been sitting at 85kg (dry morning weight). This is partly concerning and partly good. The concerning part is that I'm not sure whether this is fat loss or muscle loss. My chest and shoulders do look more defined, but I have lost 1/2" off my arm.
