Ok I am fucking annoyed this evening. Really really pissed off because of a what should be a simple job at work has turned into an all day affair. Didn't have any breaks, didn't really have a proper lunch break (ate at my desk), and I've missed my squat session. Still haven't got this thing organised.

The worst part is that I predicted this would happen, and told my managers it would happen, and I raised it over a year ago........ I say fuck them! Fuck them in their stupid asses!

Make me miss a squat workout!! They will fucking pay!

At least I got to train 5x this week. It would have been nice for 6x, but thems the breaks.

We're going on holiday for a week. So no workouts that don't involve sex or swimming. I won't make the same mistake I made at Xmas and do sprints. My hammys still aren't 100% (still noticing them during heavy deadlifts).

Miami: just make one. I made mine out of some old steel water pipe. Drilled a hole through it to thread the rope through.

Natzo: I'm more relaxed about work as well. Things don't faze me like they were, it definitely had been several years since I'd had a holiday.

Lionheart: Been on holiday and it showed in the squatting. Absolutely smoked the first few sets (definitely felt like a 5RM on the bar for a change).

I said I plenty of energy that day. Tonight sucked though. Had no energy to do cardio. Did half an hour of rowing and couldn't get out of second gear.

Hypo: Steve the idea is to not strain my hammys again. With 1 rep I can make sure that my form is spot on and that I pull cleanly whilst still lifting heavy. I was finding that with multi-rep sets a few weeks ago that my hammys were feeling a twinge. Gotta be careful not to tear them again. I'm averaging a tear every 8 months since my knee surgery.

Ok did some rowing for cardio last night. Rowed for 50mins trying to average better than 25spm and 2:40/500m. Don't know exactly how far I covered as the distance resets when you stop for a drink.

First 2000m was done faster, but I don't seem able to generate the same sort of speeds I was doing a month ago.
