El Freako: Goth metal, not my favourite type, but this band did have a couple of good songs before breaking up.

I trained late last night. It was important to get the squats done but the C&J couldn't get done in zero light. I feel as though I got the hammys working in the squats and split squats but feel a bit guilty for not doing some direct work on them. Although hammys have been very stiff of late and probably need the active recovery.

Raggamuffini: I'd never thought of it that way. On the weekends when I just enjoy being outdoors and lifting I feel like I'm communing with nature a bit, that's it. Maybe I need to smell the roses a bit more.....

Natzo: They kinda did feel heavy. I was more doing the singles as I was falling into a bad habit I developed after my knee injury. Basically I sometimes transfer my weight to my "good" leg and I found myself doing that on the first set, so I decided to make sure that I didn't do that on the subsequent sets.

Another SuperPump evening and another :ugh: result. Even with two scoops.

i mean this in the olivia newton john way. I honestly love you. Your chins are an inspiration always. same with the other hard lifts but chins are just that much more ahead of mine then everything else.

Last night was my pulling night. No not that sort. Wasn't particularly motivated after sexy time :borat: But I went and lifted anyway. I tried something different on the C&J and it really made the difference on the catch at the shoulder and overhead. Basically I've been doing a power clean all this time and I switched over to a proper full squat clean. Made all the difference. I think I just end up in a better position that allows me to rack the bar at the shoulder and then sets me up to fire the jerk overhead better. :thumbsup2:
