Pickle: Updates are a-coming.... And no the C&J form was fine. Only thing I'm concerned with is my knees and hammys. I am noticing something but I'm not sure what it is and it only appears post sets (mainly squats but some cleans).

El Freako: There is an easy way to fix that Ben! They are good fun, give them a try.

PV: At least it wasn't a snake bite. We had a small snake in the house recently too.

I took my SuperPump again this evening. I was reminded of just how awfull this shit is to drink. I think I may just eat the powder rather than drink it. The workout itself was plagued with dizzy spells. Not sure what to attribute it to, but it is annoying and potentially dangerous.

El freako: I'm actually a bit disappointed with the chins as they are feeling tougher than they were a month or so ago. Probably because they are being supersetted with snatches at the moment.

Natzo: In fairness the SuperPump does work but it hasn't been much good. At least I have gotten some discussion going about it.

Pickle: I don't know :bitenails: It is hard to say if I am or not. I'm mainly noticing it on stuff above the head. The SuperPump could be related to it, blood pooling or messed up blood pressure could be an issue.

And as for changing to the placebo supplements: I've got a log in the supps section that explains my reasoning. I decided to have a look in terms of a pep prior to workouts so that I didn't feel flat. SuperPump has worked in that regard. But I think that aside from that it has a terrible taste, the "pumps" are intermittent, the dose is double what you expect and thus costly, and of course I could get just as good an effect from beta-alanine and some caffeine.

Guess I just wanted to hang out with the cool kids for awhile and talk supps :borat:

Didn't do C&J's last night. I'm biasing toward my "good" left leg at the moment and that is what was causing the knee twinge. I'll give it a rest for a week and then start again. I also did box squats (20-21") for the first time since I tore my hammys at Xmas. I've concluded I need more core work for the first time ever.

Pickle: well I could never do anything to fix my weaknesses.......... I actually want to do GHR's but lack the equipment. I'm going to make something soon to do the natural GHR's.

Adam and Miami: It felt different to do Front Squats. I'm lacking a little thoraic mobility and keeping the elbows high is hard. Or I could be lame and use the cross over grip.
