Skeptic: Lower back was feeling fine that day. I notice it more when I've been doing a lot of driving or woodwork (like this evenings session).

Natzo: I hope you are talking about my exercise regime and not body parts.

PV: I'm going to have to back off soon, and maybe change a few things around.

^^ Yep. I was a bit concerned I may have been rounding my lower back right at the bottom, but checked it and it was fine.

hey timbo lock up the dog and wife and have a decent session. Just a thought. Very nice morning sessions with great chins,snatches and bench. Nice cleans too buddy boy.

As I was getting changed I got stung on the foot by a scorpion. Hurt like a bitch!! Did the rowing anyway.

El Freako: I thought I had stepped on a calthrop but the pain got worse rather than staying the same.

Natzo: Australia was made to sort the men out from the boys.

Pickle: Clapping pullups aren't as hard as they sound. Main thing is to pull explosively so that your chest is reaching the bar allowing you time to release and clap. The real trick is catching the bar again.
