El Freako: I need a haircut though.

Skeptic: Lower back was feeling fine that day. I notice it more when I've been doing a lot of driving or woodwork (like this evenings session).

Natzo: I hope you are talking about my exercise regime and not body parts.

PV: I'm going to have to back off soon, and maybe change a few things around.

Miami: At home in the backyard. I occassionally visit a gym, but the vast majority of my training is done outside in the elements.

Pickle: Training at home is more hardcore :keke:

Raggamuffini: :tiphat:

Hypo: Thanks Steve. I'll add some weight to those deads this week for sure.

I haven't up-dated this log in awhile as I did a road trip for a couple of days. I was hoping to train around it but it has been really windy and raining. Plus this evening I had our friend's dog to look after. Every squat set he'd come over and want to see what I was doing in the bottom of the squat. Kinda distracting.

The other day:

Snatch
20x5
40x5
60x2
60x2
70x2
70x2
70x2
70x2

Chinup
BWx5
20x5
40x2
50x2 (too maxmonsterish for my liking)
40x3
40x3
40x3
40x2

Seated overhead DB press
32x4
40x4
40x3
40x- (massive dizzy spell as I got to lockout on the first rep)

Close grip lockouts
60x5
100x5
120x5
120x5
120x4

BB bicep curl
53x3
53x3

COC grippers
Can't remember and didn't write it down.
I do remember mashing the #2 with my right but battling for over gripping with my left.

This evening:

Clean and Jerk
20x5
40x5
60x2
60x2
70x1
80x1
90x1
80x1
90x1
80x1
80x1

Single leg donkey calf raise (with 10 reps with 2 legs after)
60x8
60x8
60x8
60x8

Squat
60x5
100x2
120x2
145x1
145x1
145x1
145x1
145x1 (unhappy with this, hard to hit depth, hard to keep my form tight, hard to see myself getting the supposed 5reps at this weight, and hard to put up with the dog coming over to say hi every set. I'll drop the weight back or move to a front squat next week)

Split squat
100x4
100x2 (adductor felt a twinge in the left leg)

Walking lunge
BWx20
BWx20

^^ Yep. I was a bit concerned I may have been rounding my lower back right at the bottom, but checked it and it was fine.

^^ Had to tie the dog up this evening. He was wanting to come and lick my face and lean against me while I was benching. I'll be glad when he goes home tomorrow.

Just finished training, I didn't do any snatches today as I wanted a slightly shorter session. But I love to train so I ended up doing more of other things.

Just rowed for 30mins. No idea how far as the timer was the only accurate thing, guess I need new batteries in it.

As I was getting changed I got stung on the foot by a scorpion. Hurt like a bitch!! Did the rowing anyway.

El Freako: I thought I had stepped on a calthrop but the pain got worse rather than staying the same.

Natzo: Australia was made to sort the men out from the boys.

Pickle: Clapping pullups aren't as hard as they sound. Main thing is to pull explosively so that your chest is reaching the bar allowing you time to release and clap. The real trick is catching the bar again.

Lazy session this evening. Still working myself up to having my evening meal. Just want to nap.

Pulls are looking good Timbo, I wish I could comment in the C&T's but I have no experience with the lift.
