Nice bench volume Timmeh, and you're so manly looking in that vid that I just want you to hold me until all my worries go away.

Your wife knows about your desire for man hugs??Lionheart and Samoan: the video music is "The Blood of Cu Chulain" from the Boondock Saints soundtrack. It is essentially traditional Irish music. Word of advice: don't criticise the Irish! The last people to do that ended up getting blown up!
Plus I hate the Rocky soundtracks. Eye of the Tiger is just lame as a workout track, aside from the opening 30secs it is cheesy pop music, not lifting music.

El Freako: Your wife clearly wants a bisexual threesome........![]()

Samoan: Not sure I think of that as training music. Though the training montage is a classic!! I love the supermans he does.
Didn't train last night. Built a pool instead. So plenty of shovelling of sand and lifting of beams and metal liner and the like. Hope I get to train this evening, but the pool isn't quite finished yet and needs a fence. Fencing is one of the tougher jobs to do by hand. Should be good cardio.

Didn't lift last night. Built a fence instead. Got a good pump and sweat going ramming the dirt. People were surprised that rammed earth was as sturdy as concrete.
