I hope so :) , it seems that i dont have any speed in my ME lifts longer... So we will see if it helps.. :)

Going to do some heavy zercher today, (ME lower)..
Had to get some variation before i go for the next "cycle" heh..

Went heavy on the deads today, it has gotten much better :) No grip problem at all, and i was good for more reps, or more weight :)

Deadlift, overhand grip:

150kg * 5 PB (on a RE day, lol :D )

Lumberjack squats, (only counting the plates, not the bar):

40 minutes of walking in a path (dont now if thats the right word) in the forrest :) it were good.... Going to do it 3 times a week if the weather allows it heh
