it is actually. until u start noticing ure in shape. then it just feels fucking awesome:D

Stifflegg deadlift, overhand grip:

130kg * 5 (Deficit, a couple of centimeters..)
130kg * 5 (Sumo, felt like trying it, first time in a while.. It felt light, so im going to try sumo the next time im setting a PB in deads).

Hacksquat machine.

Hanging legraise:

Side bends:

Skipped todays session (RE Lower). First session i have skipped in a while... DIdnt have the energy or will to go to the gym...
Going to do some light squats and SLDL after the RE/DE Upper session tomorrow to compensate a bit...
