For ym cut im going to be using:

Whey protein ( home brand)
Creatine monohydrate >same brand
Omega pills
Hmb >same home brand
Hydroxycut Harcore old with yohimbine
Glucosamine for joints

Milk Thistle is a natural herb that supports liver health\

Havoc is kinda like a OTC steroid

"InterActive" Iso-whey breezer
"InterActive" Low-Carb Protein (has casein and CLA)

Night time whey/casein blends
MuscleTech Nitro-Tech

Stuff I will never use again:
Max's Night time lean protein (tastes terrible and I still haven't finished it all)
Actually anything by Max's I've had tastes crap.
Any "creatine delivery system" product
