Chest and bis

Last exercise was single hammers. Got it off a dennis james vid you hold a bench inclined wo you don't swing its an awesome exercise

Oh, I am from North Richland Hills/Hurst area. So I was just wondering. But physiologically... I dont see how full body could possibly be good for adding mass. Staying in shape, yes, but are you new at weight training? I would say start that when you are a beginner but, to maximize muscle stimulation/hypertrophy and recovery though... definitely not. How long have you been doing this? But then again, everyone is different. If its working then keep it up.

And what would be your physiological reasoning for this? :confused:

chest, biceps, calves, abs on monday.. couldn't hit they gym on wed because of my granny and today because of freakin snow :angrydude:
