Dexter Jackson, Sylvio, Dennis Wolf.. they seem to stay pretty lean all year.

But that's not offseason anymore, it's pre contest. Anyway Dennis does look good in the offseason too but not best IMO.

I'd say Shawn Ray or Flex Wheeler. Nowadays propably Jay or Dexter.
