wow, ive lost basically no strength for this session, and even went up 5 kgs on the smith press! yewwwwwwww!

i'll have to wait and see how the heavy stuff like rack deads cope from my lay off, but i might just get away with no loss of strength!

had to sit on the floor for pulldowns as my arms stop short of a full stretch. so i sat on the floor and got the gf to hold me down, so next time i might have to use the other pulldown machine so i can sit directly under the bar instead of back a bit like today!

keep it real meccaheads, ill be molesting everybody's logs come this weekend! so make sure your workouts are your best!

Hammer Curls: 20/10 (10 ss) down a bit
(11-20 ss)

Leg Press Calf: 250lb/12, 350lb/12 (12 ss) PB yew
(10-12 ss)

Stiff Leg Deadlift: 100/8, 140/8, 160/8 (8 ss) down a rep
(6-10 ss)

Front sqaut: 60/10, 80/5, 100/8 (8 ss) , 60/16 (16 ss) equal pb and a widowmaker pb
(6-10 ss) (20 ss)

ok session made some pb's and equal pb's on the main lifts, biceps were down a bit, but considering it has been 3 weeks since i did this workout, maybe even 4 weeks, it is nothing to cry over, i havent lost barely any strength, so i should be on the up and up from here on in!

Pickle: im not into man hugs, but man-ginas are hot, especially when combined with a stiff leg deadlift....hot.....ya hommus..........its not gay unless you reach around!

ok session, strength was ok except for undergrip chins, having some problems holding on really! rack deads were only a rep off my best so im happy with that session!

im late posting but yeah, will post tonights workout laters after its done, and then tomorrow im going to sydney to watch Australia thunderfuck the New Zealand league team into oblivion!

a few of my lifts were down a few reps due to having done the exercises in maybe 4 weeks or more........but i got some gnarly PB's outta nowhere on my legs and calves so i'm pumped!

MY GF still out calf raises me by 1 rep............she's a freak, she is under 60 kg and calf raising 280 lbs for 12 reps........they're very sexy calves too! recognise

listened to 'The Game' today for the first time going to the gym........ok, kinda predictable gangsta lyrics though......its all about 'the streets' download them.....Brittish hip hop is where its at!

all new exercises or ones i haven't done in a bit, so the reps might be down a touch, but nothing to worry about!

been considering playing for my local rugby league team hey! but it means i risk injury which could potentially ruin bodybuilding...........but its just ridiculous being 117 kgs and being a fast runner and not using it for sport! i'll have to work on fitness and 22 is a late time to be taking up a new sport......but id be in the front row, which is basically being handed the ball and running straight.....simple stuff, but you get used as a battering ram!

rack chins are back how cool and holy high rep dumbell bench baby.

Dont play league too easy to get injured. Remember what happend to rob?Bad knee which led to him fucking his hamstring on 3 seperate occasions. Plus he frequently had a bad shoulder. He was a very physical player and also played prop which are all pretty good reasons you shouldnt play.Consider playing union above league. Less of a demand on the body physically. In union defense is a lot more scattered. There is no 10 meter rule and hence less of a likelihood that 3 or 4 people can target you in gang defense,which happens all the time in league, in union theres the rucks mauls and scrums though, which can all be vicious for the body especially if you play a forward.

Best choice would be to take up AFL. If you did I reckon you'd walk into city representation and wouldnt be long till you pushed for swans selection. Plus you'd get to wear a singlet. You'd have the biggest guns in afl history lol. AFL is the softest sport. I would walk into a swans side and be on a 6 figure contract if I wasn't scared of it turning me into a female.

^^^ i dont care about getting hurt dude, i just wanna make some friends and have a go, if i get hurt i get hurt.....i've been having recurring dreams for years about running and sprinting, its a sign i need to be in full flight!

i trained in the gym today before footy.........i've got that much running speed, its awesome, i'll only be playing reserves for the moment........if i get hurt bad, i'll quit straight away but lol! i just need a break from the bodybuilding, its not giving me the thrils it use too, plus some cardio from footy will cut me up nice and quick!

i need to figure out a good gym routine for footy! maybe for fullbody.....i dont DC will work when i have training and games interfering so much!
