damn man, first off I gotta say you have an excellent physique. 2nd I gotta say that was an excellent session with lots of great weight man. Packing the meat onto the physique week by week man. How old are you anyway, seems like you could have a very solid future in the sport if you keep it up. Glad to have your log here (I'm late on saying that I know) and I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

Hey man thanks for the roses ;)

I'm kinda just doing maintainance/shaping work at the moment, but who knows -maybe I'll add some LBM along the way ;)

Regarding my future in the sport, I'm not really shure. I gotta get back the drive before I compete again. I might go next year -might go in 5 years...

I'm 25 ;)

Nice and easy -the "problem" is, that I cannot weigh more than 187lbs. on stage according to the regulations: max BW=height - 100 + 6kg -> 178 - 100 + 6 = 84kg = 187lbs. These are the rules for Classic Bodybuilding. I'm 182lbs on the pix...
Heh I'll take your physique at that weight any day! Plus you have a few pounds to play with there.

Just checked out your log, and I gotta say your pictures are pretty awesome. Your physique is incredible, I dont see any flaws on you. Your sessions look awesome, great weight and exercises for sure! Stay active and keep this log going, ill be around here for awhile.

Thanx a lot man! I guess genetics play a vital role... Nevertheless, I'm still working on my shoulders (they need to be rounder), my pecs (they need more thick-ness) and my calves (they just need to grow!). I think my physique needs som finetuning before it's completely balanced.

I'll keep posting here for sure:xyxthumbs:
