Lookin good man, those squats are very impressive. I've got a question, is that Smolv Bench Press program the one where you are doing like the percentages and stuff of your 1RM and then up the percentages and down the rep and set every week?

Fantastic session Tunen with some great exercises. Very impressive amount of work you've put in, those front squats look mighty grand. Big rows, benching and dips too. Great effort mate.
