Still knocking in some fine moves Tunen. Looks like the rack pull and the bench press were a walk in the park for you...I'm impressed. So let's be even more impressed with comments like "Fuck, that was hard...my veins were ready to burst...every fibre was snapping...!!! LOL!

Hey, stay safe from the back trouble mate. I don't want to be reading about how you'll have to miss training for a few weeks!!! But you're experienced enough to know that.

Nice work Tunen.
