yea the pumps are about the same maybe the new one is a bit stronger, but dude it was awful, i would puke everyday while i was working out cause of it

it taste pretty good dude honestly, i get good pumps from it

ive still got v2, i dont mind the taste but it isnt anything nice at all lol.
im one of those person who find it hard to find a good N.O supplement that works for me

Well then I would cut out the tilapia. Eat steak instead and if you cant do that then chicken should be sufficient. I would never reccomend fish when trying to gain.

i cant eat steak and chicken alot dude, idk how to cook that shit, and it takes too long to eat, fish is great dude i swallow that shit, plus i still got my wisdom teeth and they are pushing my teeth foward and when ever i eat steak and chicken feels like my jaw is gonna fall off

Steak and chicken are easy as shit to cook dude. Plus I guarentee you will lose weight eating the way you are. If I wanted to lose weight right now I would be eating tilapia. Just throw the chicken and steak on the grill for a few mins then put bbq, ranch or hot sauce on it. The way you are eating now you will lose weight.
