As much as I don't like Kai, I have to admit that he blew Cedric of the stage pretty hard. It will come a day when Cedric will defeat Kai, but not now. Kai is insanely popular at the moment, but I really wonder if he will be allowed to win the Sandow trophy after last year's incident, not to say that he had already put a lot a pressure on his body by coming in shape for 2 contests several months before Mr. Olympia 2016.

Coming in a lot sharper, harder and dryer than pre judging on the Friday night I was pleased with my first showing on the ‪#‎ifbb‬ pro stage. Ahmad Ashkanani, from Kuwait, won the Bodybuilding overall title at the Arnold Classic Australia this weekend.
After winning the finals on the up uo 90kg category, the Kuwaiti athlete won an outstanding overall battle. Here’s the Bodybulding overall ranking!:
