Thanks man, They were I wanted to go heavier but going solo also means not going all out due to lack of spotter.... ahem reliable spotter :keke:.

On monday I will be starting a new routine with the first 2 weeks going light with minimum reppages of 20-25 reps. So squats and dead may be concentrated at the 315-415 weight range maximum for those reps. Same for bench curls ..etc..

Then the two weeks following going light at about 10 - 15 reps with accomadating weight.

This will alternate with the two week cycles till the end of febuary. and occasionally will throw in a medium workout which consist of about 15-20 reps a small inbetween of heavy and light.

Just to shake things up a bit and alos daily cardio for 45- 1 hour and half.
Also carbs will be completely taken from the nutritional equation or as much as possible, strength and muscle loss have become expendable ...military life coming soon so *sighs*
