[BB Seated Military Press]
1 x 20 @ 95 lbs.

1 x 16 @ 135 lbs. (another failure... SO CLOSE!)

The burn .
[Cable Standing Flys]
1 x 20 @ 40 lbs.
1 x 20 @ 80 lbs.
1 x 20 @ 100 lbs.
1 x 20 @ 80 lbs.
1 x 20 @ 70 lbs.
1 x 37 @ 40 lbs. (the pump, the burn, that near muscle tear feeling)
[Machine Lateral Raises]
3 x 20 @ 80 lbs.
[DB Lateral Raises]
4 x 20 @ 20 lbs.
This fucking burned to high end extreme wasn't expecting that kinda burn from such puny weight.
[Smith Machine Delt Raises.... I dunno I made them up they are the last workout on my video and if they truly haven't existed I shall name it Z-Raises mu hahah]
1 x 20 @ 95 lbs.
1 x 29 @ 105 lbs. (Lost count and ended up doing a hell of alot more)
1 x 20 @ 110 lbs. (Oh my the fire)

This hurt.

This workout was awesome, I love failures cause they mean I'm about to get stronger. the Burn and the pumps were phenomenal.
