Overview: Great workout, My muscle endurance has definately increased since im on a pure Muscle-Tech supplementation except Nutrex Lip06.

since taking the Muscle Tech Gakic about... a month ago I have had huge strength increases and increased muscle endurance. In fact the only fucked up workout I had was last weeks legs day which turned out not so bad, but lack of sleep screwed it up.

since I am about out of Gakic my rating on it is 9/10 it did just what it said it would do. it lost a point cause the serving is 8 fucking capsules 30 mins before workouts.

Thxs bro, and yea I need a good excersise to get the blood pumped into the pecs for prep and that worked fantastically I have and will now completely avoid the flat bench heavy wise aka above 315, everytime I go heavy on it I feel a pec pull coming on and my shoulder hurts.

So I stuck with the declines for the pump and initial fatigue. :techn9ne:

Cardio- Walked for about 1 hour and 25 minutes, stopping to grilled chicken tortilla wrap and water. I dunno the distance or calories burned but I got my ass out there walking... and missed two and a half men. :crymeariver:

holy crap! ure amazing man, incredible presses, decline is sick, and those incline presses are fucking awesome as well, 245 for 12 there after the decline is impressive to say the least:2: tricep work looks great as well:2: keep rocking the gym bro, ure a beast:)

Thank you, and more than you. j/k well not really but I'd say if I attempted 1 rm prolly the 420 - 450 range but I don't max out anymore, that's just asking for injuries.

the Ruhl Presses never disappoint, the 245 is actually a PB but I never count anything below 300 a PB so... yea.
