One of the hardest runs ever. It hurt like hell to breathe and had no energy... Well, we very slowly getting back in the groove. :ughfingers:

The last days have been spend with work and taking care of my stuffled nose. Hate those early shifts from 0700 to 1500. Sucks. Tomorrow, I'm doing some BB! with Tunen. Hopefully he'll show off those sexy hotpants again... :gaygay::ughfingers:

Monday 25.02:

After dropping my son off at the daycarecenter, I went for a little run in the sunny semi-spring weather.

10 mins warmups.

Intervals: 200-400-600-800-1000 meters. Tried to keep the pace above 14 km/h through the intervals. Hard work.

10 run home.

Nice to finally get some running done. Had a really guilty consience.
