Mostly due to guilty conscience, I decided to push the BB! training to Friday, and go for a run today... So I ran 10 km. Unfortunately my watch fucked up, but it was about ~50 min. Had fucking sore legs and feet when I got home... :jerkoff1:
Still, pretty good run with Amon Amarth anf Lamb of God on the iPod and tomorrow it's BB! after work. :hsughr:
