Saturday 29.12:

Took an early morningrun to the police station that I'll start at on the 2nd of January. It lies 3,7 km. away and that took me ~ 18 mins today. Good distance and I might run to and from work in the future :)ughfingers:).

Total: 8 km. Time: 40 min.

3x70 + x6 - got bored with OH chins, so switched to HG chins.

Kind boring round. Forgot how crappy DE really is. I might also have to mix up the execieses on the superset on this one, so it isn't BP + chins every WO. Never the less, good reps on the BP and chins went ok, not great.

Went very easy on the squats. My lower back really fucked up last Tuesday (I think it's actually from doing too many stupid lifts with Elliot, my son, who is growing by the minute...) Felt ok, though, and the chins were descent - even though it's a crappy chinup bar. Dammit. :disgust:

The spine is like a rainworm sometimes... But, you'll know everything about that, woundn't you? :tiphat: I'm seeing Rasmus (you know who!!!1!) and have him have a look at it. Seems like his treatment did the job for you eventually, even though you bitched about it at first... Hoping the best. For me. :ughfingers:

Sunday 06.01:

Ran to the gym to cancel my membership. That felt good. Will be training at work from now on. Tried a few sets of hyper ex. and situps. Teh lower back of weakness didn't like that, so I go easy on those... Then some OH chins and pushups. It was too early for that, so I just ran home. Which would be about 6 km. in total. :food-snacking:
So lazy, but there's no point in going at it when the lower back if giving me shit?!?!!? :weaksuace: But, the treatments from my chiropractor is paying of (eat your black heart out, Tunen), so it's all getting better, am just going easy, untill everything is up and running. :gtfoslap:
Anyway, the new job and all that is eating away all my energy, so the next week or two, I'm only aiming for one WO and one run per week...
