Monday 26.11:

Didn't bring my runningclothes to school today, since I was going on an extra driving timetest (which I passed, yay! :hsughr:), so I convinced my gymtutor, that it would be better if I went home and went for a run there. And I did. :keke:

Running pratice: 5,3 km Time: 27,31 min. Incl. 6 hillsprints. :hhj:

Self defence class:
My buddy and I had a "test exam" in front of the class, and even though it was my buddy that was the one being judged, it was very nice to go through it the like a real exam. It gave me hope that I'll do okay, if not good, so that's a very nice feeling. :ughfingers:
Later today (it's 3am Friday morning and I can't sleep), I'll get to teh gym for some BB! :hsughr:

Till, I am truly sorry that I haven't made a concerted effort to post in your log up to this point. I know how tough it is balancing police work with gym time, but you smoke me by far in the overall responsibility department by being a father on top of it all. In addition to all that you're a volume beast as well.

I don't know how you do it, but keep setting the bar for kids in the field like me:tiphat:

FINALLY!!!

My physical exam is over and done with and actually with good results. I got a 4 (equals to a D on ECTS) on the obstacle course. I took it "easy" since we had to go and do 10 mins of self defence sortly after. Self defence went very well, I got a 10 (B) which is very nice - and my partner went to the floor with a bang. Sweet! :linedrunk:
I just feels great to have it over and done with. Finally I can train again without having to worry about the schools schedule. I might even train legs again... :ughfingers: Still, I'm going to keep running, preferably twice a week, but now it's BB! FTW. :hsughr:
