Monday 29.10:

Max test on the schools obtacle course. Ran a good round today and got up one grade. I know this doesn't make sense, but I have to run the course at the physical exam in December, so it's pretty important that I get a decent time... And I hate that fucking course. :ugh: But I'm getting better at it. :ughfingers:

Yeah, that gym sure does suck, but it's cheap and nearby and I only go there once a week, when I don't train with Tunen (which is again only once a week, more than that, and I would have to kill that annoying bastard). :linedrunk:
Otherwise, there's always those hard sexy TechnoGym barbells to play with... :gaygay:

Wednesday 31.10 & Thursday 01.11:

Self defence classes with lots of technique and some setups for the exam that's at the end of next month. We did some circletraining with eight posts, each with different techniques that's in the pensum. That means two minutes, where one or two guys take turns to go straight at you, and you have to use what you've learned to get them off and unto the ground in order to handcuff them. Though work, but it's really effective and clearly shows you how far ones got in the training. Pretty sweet and I can feel I'm getting deadlier day by day... :xyxthumbs:
Of course, I still have to work hard at it, since I started from scratch and isn't the most elegant ninja type... :ughfingers:

Monday 05.11:

Self defence. Good sessions with lots of technique and even some good energy at the end of the day.

Tuesday 06.11:
Max test at the school in the 2400 meter run, chins and BP with 50 kg (ghey). Run the 2400 m. in 9.30 mins, which is 7 sec. slower than last time, but still absolutely ok. Took 12 chins and 41 reps with 50 kg. Good result, even though the weigth said 97,8 kg., which is the lightest I've been the years. Crap.
